My armature broke somehow

I had my mesh rigged and animated for about 2 weeks and i was slowly working on textures and additional models, then suddenly today it freaked out somehow. In all animations some things broke, knees are facing opposite direction arms are zombie style. In edit mode everything looks ok. Anyone have ideas what have i done?

Got the answer.

Edit mode > recalculate roll (ctrl + n) > view axis and again my lovely humanoid is alive and kicking.
