I have spent quite a good time trying to learn 3d max, but all my attempts were in vain. Later, I tried Cinema 4d which was good but not good enough. Then, I heard about blender, I started it a couple of weeks ago, and this is the result I was trying to achieve the two previously mentioned 3d packages but in vain. what was difficult weeks ago is now so easy with BLENDER the most amazing 3d package I have ever used. So, what do you think guys about my first work in blender?
For your first work this house looks pretty nice. I like the comic style in this one. Want to see it with materials.
That is a very cute little cartoony cottage. Good job.
Welcome to BlenderArtists
Thanks a lot Schwalberick & Orinoco. The Final result will be posted as soon as it’s finished
Well done! very fun and light hearted, I’m with Schwal on the materials, this could be a great little scene!
Very cute (I like the cartoon style). For a first work its really good. I like the bent roof (curve-modifier?)
Yes, it looks nice. You could perhaps add a wonky, stove-pipe chimney to give the inside a little warmth.
Thank you all for your nice feedback
Super interesting,i like the cartoon look and as mentioned before would love to see it textured… I was inspired by your image yesterday but because i am very new to blender (taking an app seriously now) i encounter myself with the problem of curves. With that i will spend my time from now on but maybe you are so kind and tell me how did you archieve such a beautiful curve for the deck… that would be nice !!!
Yeah, with pleasure my friend, check this out; all modifiers explained including the curve modifier, ok
