hello everybody:)
this is my first architectural visualization try and probably my first ever (2 be) complete render.
(i’m not really an artist nor i intend to be)
needs some more work(materials,a little modelling,an hdr sky) but tell me what do you think so far?
rendered with yafray on medium settings
(the plans of the house were downloaded from a real estate site@ greece)
not a bad start, render looks good, some works needs to stil be done thou, specialy with the stairs
Good work so far, those tiles look great- how on earth did you do them?
Looks good for a start/prelim image!
I work doing Arch Viz, and I can say one thing first off - change your camera angle as if it’s somebody looking through a camera looking slightly upwards. Also, the new 2.43 RC1 has a feature in the camera settings to fake 2-point perspective (so that vertical lines actually render vertical). Otherwise, looks great. Needs some bump map textures, more greenery, some concrete walking paths, and trees in the background.
You might want to turn Emit down from the default .500 for the materials that are bleeding so much color to their neighbouring faces. Also I would change the angle of your sun - right now it looks like it’s perpendicular to one of the sides of the house, try it at more of an angle.
Keep us posted! (Oh, if you want to check out the company I work for, www.frameworkanimation.com)
