Your new render is much better but I still think it is a bit on the dark side maybe. Your modeling and shading is great but I think the lighting can be improved a bit.
I spent a few minutes in photoshop retouching one of your first renders to make it a bit more appealing in my mind.

Is this a 3D version of an existing car or that of your own concept art, I wonder?
Probably one of the most awesome first-posts I’ve seen yet - looks absolutely great! NinthJake’s tweaks are nice too - maybe ever-so-slightly extreme for my taste, but good-looking nonetheless.

@georg - A quick google search revealed that it’s a McLaren MP4, so it’s an actual model - and according to the decals, a 12C CAN-AM edition. However I can’t say I know what that means exactly, haha
