My first face mesh.

There is a tutorial at the bottom. Basically, create a plane, position it in front of the face. Hit the retopo button, and when you move the vertices of the plane, they will snap to the face mesh.
I suggest you use a mirror modifier for this, because it doesn’t look like you did that for the original mesh.

Oh, and major hint. Don’t have limewire and photoshop open when you take a screenshot.

Wow. That is a really, really messy mesh. Lot’s of triangles… With rendering, you’re going to want to keep away from that. Also, clean up topography. You don’t REALLY need to go that complex either. K.I.S.S.
