My fish tail is going all over the place in geometry node

Hello !

I’m actually recreate this tutorial by Nenghuo and I’m stuck at 20min where he’s adding noise texture to the tail geometry. The tail I created isn’t behave the right way… I’ve apply all transforms beforre created a geometry node. I’ve link my blend file if any of you while looking to the geometry can see something suspiscious

go into edit mode and scale everything *10
This smooths out all the effects and makes it easier to control.
Add the scale node. It is important to control the tail distortion

If you want it life size again make it the child of an empty and scale the empty *0.1 (The opposite of the * 10 above).
