I was just messing with nodes to try to learn a few things until I changed it to cycles and my model went purple. I tried using google but I didn’t find any fixes, I did try the find missing files tool but you can probably guess nothing happened (I did find a missing hdri but it didn’t help). I hope I made this the right category.
Could you show a screenshot of the nodes.
Make sure that Mortar.png is pointing to the image texture (use the open button in the node and find it again).
In this image you have it set for eevee.
eevee doesn’t support displacement.

Other than that I don’t see anything wrong. Also for you to use displacement in cycles you have to turn it on.
Thx for the tip but it was in eevee since it again purple in cycles and I wanted to work on it.
Then change the material output to cycles or all.
Since your material output is set to eevee, it will only render that material in eevee. if it was set to cycles, it would only render that material in cycles. If it was set to all, it would render the same material in both render engines. Why does it work this way? For one, it makes it easy to tweak if you want it to be slightly different in a specific render engine. for instance:
Eevee:
Cycles:
Yeah, unfortunately I don’t know, but I did check, and if the mortar texture was missing just the mortar would be pink/purple, I guess maybe this is obvious but I didn’t realize until I checked. That missing hdr would definitely turn things purple if your using an hdr in your environment settings.
