First pass on everything going to do a 2nd pass on the model and texture then to rigging! Any tips and critique before I the next pass. I plan to add some hand painted textures to break up the repetitiveness.

If u are aiming to replicate ur reference then the material is off.
Currently the material looks earthy/ie made of dirt
The reference has the creatures look like they are made of bones
