Digital sculpt and 3D print of an idea part of my ZOA works, to go on a gallery exhibition along with my older paint on canvas works on the same theme.
It’s a reflection about before and after; about useless and random ideas, and about the people looking at their reflection in the water and falling into it; on the path of discovery of gender identity; but also on the pee, when you need to go at three in the morning, and in general on escape attempts.
Mock-upped in Blender with QuickShape, sculpted in ZBrush, test renders in Blender; for the main shot I used sirrandalot’s virtual camera ( ~2hrs for a 3000x2000 px image, but I like it); and 3D-printed online.
