very good, cycles really shine in outdoor archviz renders, especially when everything is correctly prepared like in this case

I love the amount of detail you added to the concrete material, but the only thing that makes it a bit off is that the details are the same in different areas of the space such as the part last image where we are looking at the stairs I think that the little imperfections would be a little bit different depending on the placement of the structures.
Overall it is a really great render I personally really enjoy making archviz renders.

You’ve all the reason, on corners, wall-floor the dirty should be diferent…totally agree.

I really like how this conveys a sense of place that has been established some time .
The weathering on the concrete surface seems quite severe. Is this a highly polluted location? Also, any iron coloured water streaking has to be motivated by there being a source of rusting in the flow path.
