Nausicaä

(My timeline in improving the render stage and trying different angles and lighting for her.)

Hi all, here’s the result of a project I’ve been working on for the past 5 days. My interpretation of Nausicaä in 3D!

I rewatched the movie recently with my brother and it was a blast! I fell in love with the story and world and I got really excited to make something from it

If you would like to, feel free to check it out on my artstation! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/wJGmZL

Wow, really great job. This is one of the few anime to 3D adaptions that doesn’t look creepy to me.

Hi everyone,

Here is the “Behind the Scenes” article of this brilliant artwork!

Do check this article written by the artist himself. It describes the process of making the artwork step by step with an insight on character designing in Blender.

Thanks,
