Hello! I just started making this today and was wondering if you guys had any thoughts!
The thing that came to mind for me is the metal of the mask looks a bit too flat for as damaged as it is. Also with the detail of the ground it adds to the look that the metal texture just doesn’t seem as detailed.
Maybe add a painted pitted uv mapped texture to drive a bumpmap or even just create a mask texture and add a noise with a color ramp to give it the pitted metal look to areas.
