Need estimate to create a 3D model from a drawing

I need to create a 3D model of a character in a pose, suitable for use in a 3D printer. The model should be high-resolution as the final 3D print will be pretty large (about 20" tall).

This character will not be animated, I just need him in the pose as shown in the drawing.

Right now, I’m looking for bids. You can check out a drawing of the character below. Yes, its a honey badger dressed as a Jedi master, holding a lightsaber.
