Need help about deforming rig


I’m pretty new to Blender. I have a little issues with the automatic weight rig. When i rotate the bone it deform my mesh with addtional areas i cannot weight paint or select . It make my model kinda buff out. i had remove any weight area attached to other bone but it still happen . Does anyone know how to solve this ? my model also did not in T pose so idk it is an issue or not. Thank you for reading

Hi, Happy holidays. It looks like you have two layers of mesh or some kind of thickness?
This is not a good idea when trying to bind with automatic weights.
