And i am totally lost. Never thought that such a simple at first glance joint will be a problem. But it is. Any help or tips will be appreciated.

use the pipe script and add a Y pipe then keep going !

i managed to joint pipes manually and it looks rather good, but still it is not prefectly precise.

just add extra mesh objects and it is will show up in add mesh menu at bottom header
