Need Help in Pose Library

Kindly take a look at the file, I have created 2 poses, but only the eyes are moving not the hands and feet.

i am sorry, but the file appears to be empty to me, maybe because of the version difference (mine is 2.9), which is strange looking at its size.
can you post a screenshot of the animated parts using the animation panel?

here is my check, there exists for any animated bone in the rig, a bunch of dots (and lines) in the dropsheet, much like in the following screenshot. so you will have to check each bone of the smile looking for it.
