Need help installing Sculpt Brushes

I found this free brush pack for Blender sculpting and wanted to add it to Blender 2.8.
Question 1: How and where should I install it
Question 2: I usually just delete the old Blender 2.8 and put the unzip in its place. So How do I add a new Blender 2.8 so that I do not have to reinstall these brushes each time a new version comes out?
