Need help with node setup for spreading light rays into an sphere

hi there, i need to recreate procedurally with nodes a kind o ray lights like this image (marked with red arrow) inside a sphere like the image, i have no idea, how to achieve. any help please?nodeExample

The detail can be finer (Scale X in the Mapping Node and Scale in the Noise Texture Node) but for this method to work that part of the mesh has to be UV unwrapped into a grid, and the Mapping Node vector input taking the Texture Coordinates UV output.
