3dBob Productions is looking to contract a Blender TD to create a custom rig for our animation pipeline to animate dresses and skirts. We are in need of something similar to the rig shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Uj8nnt-EHo&t=2s. The rig should be easily adaptable for different characters.
