Broadly Id say it looks ok, though it does depend on what you plan on using it for.
There are quite a lot of tightly packed edges around the face though that might cause you some grief in the future. Here is a useful guide on facial topology which might help you out a bit:

The body suggests it’s a grown up female, but face is from an infant. And ears need more detail.
