Cool, the NLA tool adjusts the scale of the strip and changes the speed of the animation to fit the time range correct?
For now yes. I will add more functionality to NLA. I’m trying to combine it with my main job 
2 years ago I was working on script, that spawns many objects and assigns different actions to their strips and I could quickly tweak different settings of their animation. That was useful. I think something like that I could implement also
Did you restart Blender, after installing addon?

It says I have to select 2 objects… I dont understand and so I try to select the camera and the cube.
try again and heres the result.
Now it says I have to select only one object.
When using “Instantiate Object” - yes, only one object can be instantiated.
At least two instances of object must be selected, when using “Shift Keyframes X” operator
