I think the material is to specular… It kind of looks like he is made out of plastic.

thank you for your reply. you are right but i forgot to say that the materials are not the finnal one it is jst to make it not to plain.

The head is looking good so far, and your wire model shows that it’s gonna be pretty easy later to animate it and add some keys.

One suggestion I have is that you might want to drop the specularity of the skin to 0. The only time that skin reflects light like specularity is if it’s wet or extremely oily. So you know, if you’re character wants to be doused in oil, then definately up the specularity, but otherwise, try dropping it to zero and rendering it that way. It usually looks pretty good.

i changed a bit but i will look closer at texturing later.

i fergot the bandana and choose to make it more futuristic.
