The ceiling fan is too low, other that it’s a beautiful piece.
I’ve lived in apartments with fans that low- super cheap, horrible, apartments, though 
Same tho… in my house fan are above the bed. We can’t stand up, if we stand up than the fan are one finger width away from head like what
