New OSL - Open Shading Language shader - Laser sheet simulation

I’ve been creating this OSL script to simulate a laser sheet illuminating the objects in a scene.
It allows the definition of the laser source position, laser sheet orientation, thickness and intensity, all of which can of course be animated.

here’s a quick preview, I’m rendering a quick animation for better perception of the result and I’ll then post here the script and .blend file.

So here is a short animation of the effect of the shader to simulate a laser sheet.

when you look close to the red line it looks like a dashe line!

this wont make a line in mid air only the projection onto objects
