I think that’s because they include 2 models, 7B model for GPUs with less than 16GB VRAM and 13B model for GPUs with 16 or more GB VRAM. They should make 2 separate downloads one for the small cards and one for the bigger ones, because the big model is not used on the small cards but is still downloaded.
