next version bake displacement modifier

maybe for those who wished to always bake displacements,
the next version allows you to bake displacement textures
through clicking the apply button inside the displacement

this way you have a great modeling tool because you can
in realtime see the displacement and bake it to conitnue working with it.

would be a great combination to the sculpt mesh tool.


…unfortunately i couldn’t see the modifier in the current cvs… (6. Nov)

on the other hand an advantage of an un-baked displacement is, that you can work on an low-res mesh and change into high-res during rendering through subdivision-modifier.
