NextCG is Looking for Artists

We’re currently expanding the NextCG team and are looking for talented artists who want to work on ambitious YouTube animation projects for some of the largest creators in the gaming and entertainment space.

Over the years we’ve worked with established content creators, including Kendal, ZAMination, TryHardNinja,Dario Moccia,SonicDavid and other creators with audiences in the millions. Most of our collaborations are based on long-term partnerships, with many client contracts lasting at least one year, allowing our artists to work on stable productions rather than constantly searching for the next freelance project.

We’re primarily looking for:

  • Animators
  • Riggers
  • Render artists
  • Thumbnail artists with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory

Compensation starts at €10/hour, with opportunities to grow up to €20/hour based on performance, reliability, and the value you bring to the team.
Artists are paid for the time they spend on their assignments, with complete flexibility on work hours.

Beyond compensation, team members receive significant discounts on our render farm service, NextRender, helping speed up production and reduce rendering costs on personal and professional projects.

What matters most to us is professionalism and commitment. We are building a serious creative environment where talented artists can grow and produce work seen by millions of viewers. We value honesty, reliability, clear communication, and a genuine desire to improve. If you’re the type of person who takes deadlines seriously, keeps their word, and wants to contribute to high-quality productions, you’ll fit in well here.

We’re not interested in making unrealistic promises or building a team of people who lose interest after a few weeks. Our goal is to create long-term relationships with artists who want to develop their skills, build an impressive portfolio, and be part of productions that reach a large audience.

The thumbnail shown above represents the level of quality we aim for in our future projects and collaborations.
You can also check out our previous work on the Graphy YouTube channel, where you’ll find many of the productions created by our team: https://youtube.com/@graphy3d

If you’re interested, send us your portfolio, demo reel (if applicable), and a short introduction.

We look forward to seeing your work.
