I made this project with inspiration of NFS heat game and I want to make a different kind of lighting in the scene.

I used reflective concrete for floor with some of grunges and also, I used my own light setup for lighting. here are nodes that I set for light source:

I just tried to make procedurally something like softbox light in Blender and get this. it’s final result:
