No bone constraints in 2.8b?

Something going wrong here at my side or are there no bone constraints in 2.8b ?
(point to target etc. )

There are bone constraints in same Bone Constraints tab as in 2.79b.

downloaded 2.8b again a efw days later and then i found it, maybe my previous download was corrupt.

now, bone constrain move its position to a isolate panel in the left property window, down of the origin position.
