Can anybody tell me why blender is saying this ?
Its a fresh install
Use the right or left arrow keys, or shift up. It means you haven’t put in any key frames.
that dont change anything, its like blender is being spammed with it
In previous versions of blender up arrow in the timeline skipped forward 10 frames. In the latest version this skips to the next keyframe. If you don’t have any more keyframes later in the timeline it cannot skip to one so it gives this error (the error means exactly what it says, no more keyframes). Shift+up arrow now skips 10 frames.

You are in fact using the timeline if you are “navigating time”. No matter how you do it.
