No response to AdNet service since Dec 31st

Hi,

I have submitted 4 items for the AdNet service and have only received a single email saying 1 of them is being reviewed (on Dec 31st). I have sent 2 other follow up emails and have not had a reply.

No problem if staff are busy but it would be good if there is an estimated time frame for when the submissions will be reviewed.

I also sent an email inquiring about the limit of 4 products per user. How do we go about adding/changing products we have submitted to AdNet in future?
