Move the files in that folder to another location and run blender.

If you still have problems, restore the previous files.
If there are no problems, restore the preferences file.

I’m not sure if it’s from blender 4.2 onwards, but it works a little differently.
The setting is on the same line as the shading preview button.
You can’t disable it individually. :slightly_smiling_face:
