'Sup guys.
Soo, i’m having this small problem over here. Let’s say i have this really simple node setup:

As you can see, the checkerboard background, which is just empty space, is getting brighter along with the cube. But!
Over here in this nice tutorial, it doesn’t… SO i guess i’m doing something wrong. I thought that it had something to do with the type of rendered image, so i’ve changed it to .PNG, which i assume supports alpha channel, but it’s still the same.
Any and all help appreciated, thanks in advance.
