Is there aplugin, or simple way in photoshop (or any program) to take a photo, and make it looks like a comic book panel, basically, it fills in similar colours and makes the image look drawn or painted?
I assume the images your using are from blender. just use cartoon shading and then render open photoshop, find posterize and fiddle with the settings until you get it how you like. Haven’t tried it so not sure if it’ll work or not.
If your using just regular pictures use and illustraion package like CorelDRAW to trace the images your self (long process).
