Noob can't get Curve 2 Tree 2 work

Hi,

New guy here. Every time I try to use Curve to Tree I get an error, am referred to my console which says:

Curve2Tree, starting…
reading blenders curves…

TypeError: sort() takes no keyword arguments

I think I’m preparing my curves right and have tried to follow the video tutorial carefully. I’m using Blender 2.47, MacPython 2.5, Mac OS 10.4.11.

I don’t know if this is the place to ask. I hope the above console log is useful. Please help. Maybe I’m doing something else wrong.
