Normal map display problem

Hi! I noticed strange nomal bake thing in Blender 2.8. Tell me please who know the solution. After I baked the normal map and connect it to material as normal map shader some parts of the mesh (some UV islands) have the different shade (color saturation) then another parts of the mesh. What I do wrong? Screenshot attached.

And if I import the model to 2.79 Blender with the same material everything is good there is no such different colors problem
