Normal map result appears grey after baking


I’m kind of new to Blender, so I’m still learning. This question has probably been asked before, but I’ve been scrolling through this and a whole lot of other forums to find an answer to my problem. Still no solution, or maybe I have no clue of what I’m doing… This is why I ask you, fellow Blenders, to try to point me in the right direction so I can get a grip of this and carry on with my Beamng map.

I’m trying to bake a test high poly onto a low poly, but every time the result comes out grey. I have followed a couple of youtube videos, read on forums and still my end result is grey. I have no clue what I’m doing wrong… It’s probably just something dumb, but I keep missing it.

This was a bug in 2.80 that has already been fixed. Download the latest build.

Oh… Well, now I feel stupid :smiley: Thank you so much. It works like a charm now.
