Normal Map Shadow Issues

Hello, I am working on this project and when I applied the Normal Maps it make the shadows very sharp.

I can reduce this, but when i import the model in Unity, the problem appears again… Someone knows why and how I can fix this?

this may be due to your normal map. the “Flat” parts should be 128, 128, 255, could be sharpening the shadow terminus b/c its reflecting differently than the actual geometry
