Numpty Newbie Question About Mice

Hi, just started playing with Blender and trying to get my head round the way it works. I’ve only got a two button mouse (as part of my graphics tablet) how do I use MMB (middle button) functionality ?

Would it be possible to remap the LMB to MMB within Blender ?

Hold down the ALT key while clicking on the LMB.
