OBJ Exporter - HELP

I seem to have a small problem with exporting my blender objects. I’m using the .obj exporter and then loading them into my game engine. My issue is Unit size. 1 Unit in Blender is not matching 1 Unit in openGL ?

Is this the export script ? If so how do I fix it.
Is this Blender ? If so what is the scale diff.
