Object don't reflect in mirrored surfaces?

Can’t figure this out…

Using 2.80 and tried regular surface with full metallic zero roughness and glass surface. Both reflect my HDRI world image and nearby lights but objects such as cubes are like vampires and have no reflection?

If you use Eevee, Eevee is not raytrace render engine. It works like game engine. You must add “Light Probe” and “Bake Cubemap”.
