Object rotation = pose bone rotation?

How can I set the same world rotation of bone to an object? So that the axes thereof are equal angle?

Additional question. With length could I change the size of object for “wrap” in world space the bone for do a ragdoll?

Usually if you want an object to follow a bone you just parent the object to the bone.
