Ocean Storm - Blender 3.4

Challenged myself to make a whole scene from scratch in two days top.
Kinda went with the flow at the beginning, deciding to focus on the interior of the boat only halfway through the process, it was super fun!
Kinda had to force myself not to overengineer too much and avoid geometry nodes for once, went instead in a deep rabbit hole of using polycam photoscans taken by me or by other users, the pipes are modeled and textured with random cc0 textures scavenged somewhere in the web.
Some models are also from the cc0 Apollo unit 3d asset shared by the smithsonian museum.

the final editing was done in Davinci Resolve, sound design too.

here’s the final video:

the rain in the front window was made with the amazing Rain shader made by Nugget
(https://nuggetblends.gumroad.com/l/Rain_?layout=profile)

the rock pillars assets come from the assetpack I’ve made and released both on Blendermarket and Gumroad (https://www.blendermarket.com/products/cliffpack--granite-sea-weathered-cliffs)
