Add a bit more life to the octopus by adding more specular to its eyes. Windows of the soul etc… Furthermore: great job!

You always need _“catch-lights in the eyes.”

But, you know, what if the duck was floating on top of the water, and the octopus somehow had his head (and tentacles) sticking up out of the water?
