This is one of my favourite artworks because of the portrayal of this comical aspect of baby chibi totoro as an annoyed old totoro who don’t intend to be cute no more, actually started off as an 3D depiction of @kayas_kosmos 2D art which certainly took its own turn. Kudos to kayas for being chill about it. Do check out their stuff. Shout out to @nefershai the green man - for being a “nice” friend and helping out in the process. Hoping to make more anime inspired art soon. Cheers.

How did you do the grass and flowers in the foreground?

The flower was a single sweet pea seed white flower scattered using particle system and same with grass.

Very beautiful work! Please tell me, how did you make the transitions in picture 5? What programs or applications?

Glad you like it! Well that transitions were just 5 render passes which I put together in photoshop and created a manual gradient mask of each layer. It was all hand painted tbh.
