Tips if you want to get closer to photo realism :
Try adding some surface imperfection on the metal (scratchs and rust edges) and on the glass of the clock
And maybe add some dust in the air, it’s quite easy to do in postpro

I would change texture of wood, camera dof is not masking low resoluion of texture or try lower settings on bump/displacement nodes.
However, I really like the watch.
