Today at work I was wandering the internet waiting for a render to finish and I found this free scan data website http://www.artec3d.com/gallery/3d-models/
So I decided to download a model and play with it to kill time. It is really a 5 minutes work, but I thought it came out nice and that I would post it 
Rendered with internal and composited with blender nodes. Obviously bg is a picture
