Whats the issue?
Both the balls and the walls are “Mesh” type rigid bodies, only balls are “active” (react to gravity).
The balls have a scale of 0.541, the chute has a scale of 1.476 and the container has a scale of 2.06.
All objects should have a scale of 1. Select all objects and apply their scale with Ctrl+A
