opacity map problem


  I am trying to create a hair texture by the use of a opacity map.  I have a default plane which has the opacity map as the texture.  The problem is when I rotate the plane on an axis and render the image, the texture is mapped along a different axis.  Is there way to fix this?  Is there a way one can use the Uv buttonl in the "Map imput" section to have a opacity map?

UVmap that same texture in the UV Editor and then you can map the image to those UV’s in the Map Input tab.
