how do u open 2 files at once?

Have 2 instances of blender running.

Easier is to be in one file and Shift F1 to append the Scene from another file. Then you can switch between the two scenes.

Now another question. I would like to join two scenes in one. How to do that ??

When you create a new scene, use “Link Objects” Now, any object that is in scene 1 will be visible in scene2.
